-Brush your teeth after lunch: Rather than just brushing in the morning and at night, try brushing after lunch also! Brushing at work, school, or home can help you have a cleaner and healthier smile. It can also help you avoid having embarrassing food-filled smile moments when you socialize.

-Use a tongue scraper: If you use a tongue scraper, the bacteria on your tongue can be washed away. Typically, that bacteria create plaque, which is a dangerous substance. When you remove that bacteria, you are potentially saving your teeth and gums from cavities and periodontal disease. Using a tongue scraper can also freshen the breath.
